During meal times, before people could sit down and enjoy their meals with friends and people from the other class, one cabin group was chosen to setup the tables. They had to move and spread the tables and benches so that they were evenly spaced out. Then they take the proper utensils for that meal, and spread them on the tables so that in a table there are 16 seats. At every section of the table there are serviettes, napkin dispensers and a pitcher of water.
When the meals are prepared we can sit down and wait as a teacher asks us to pick a number between 1 and 10, the winner will get food first. After people finish their meals they are allowed to have seconds, but they have to wear a hei lei to get off the table. The reason for this is because there is only one hei lei on each section, only a few people can get up at a time to avoid a large group of people all walking around.

In the itinerary, our cabins are chosen before we arrive at the camp. We also got to choose who was in our cabin group. All activities' grouping revolve around these groups. A few of the cabins include a teacher as adult supervision, most didn't however.
As one of the first group activities, we walked around the
During the course of the second day, we did a lot of activities. The whole schedule for this was also planned out, and there were only a few blocks of free time. All the cabins were put together into a few groups; they were combined by cabin groups, for example: Boys Cabin 3 goes together with Girls Cabin 3, to make sure that there weren't 60 people at one station; the groups were spread out so that some groups were doing activities and others were relaxing with free time. Each group was doing a different activity.
Theatre sports was an activity done by everybody for entertainment. The way we found out what our performance would be: we'd pick a place, person and what we would say and then we would have a few minutes to make up a skit and practice it to perfection--or at least, as close to perfection as we could. Then we would perform and get appeal. The skits we created included much humour, which everyone enjoyed.
After a day of fun activities, we sat by a campfire, and sang campfire songs. We got marshmallows and hot chocolate. Early in the night we played some simple games such as "bang" where the whole group is in a large circle and the teacher calls out names. A person with their named called must duck, while the people on both sides, those to people must make a gun with their hands and point it at the other person while shouting "bang!" hence the name. The winner is 'who does the gesture and shouts first.' The loser is the one who says the shout and/or the gesture second, or if the person ducking doesn't duck fast enough they are considered dead. Last person standing is the winner.
After the games and songs we go back to the lodge and have another cup of nice, warm hot chocolate then we head back to our cabins to get our supplies for brushing our teeth.
Thanks to the cover of the woods, that and the fact that it is 10:30 at night it is pitch black, so traversing through the woods without a working flashlight is especially dangerous and hard if your cabin is very far away from the lodge. This is why it is always a good idea to get your flash light. When we get back to our cabins we have to sleep at 11 o'clock, so we have some time to chat a bit. In the morning we can only get out at 8:00 AM, before that if we get up, we can't leave our cabin.
